We really do love our food around here and weekends are such great times for us to be together as a family around the dinner table. We aim for all nights but sometimes hubby doesn't get home early enough for that or we are rushed. So we tend to look up recipes and make away. This was a good one. I did alter by using breast tenderloins and reduced simmering time to 10 mins. (As we are not big on dark meat.)
